**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct ETL testing by validating data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Design and execute test plans and test cases based on the requirements and business logic.
- Develop and implement test strategies for ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Execute SQL queries to verify data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across databases.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies in data.
- Work closely with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
- Perform performance testing of ETL processes to identify bottlenecks and optimize data loading times.
- Prepare and present test results and status reports to stakeholders.

**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in ETL Testing and Data Validation.
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries with the ability to write complex queries for data verification.
- Experience in working with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar.
- Proficiency in working with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or any similar tools.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Knowledge of data quality, profiling, and cleansing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to automation tools for ETL testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with any cloud-based data platforms will be an advantage.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹208,863.03 - ₹866,907.63 per year
