**1. Procurement Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Analyze market trends to determine the best purchasing practices.

**2. Supplier Management**
- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Establish long-term relationships with key suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery.

**3. Cost Control & Budgeting**
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets.
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

**4. Purchase Order & Inventory Management**
- Oversee the entire purchase order process.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are maintained efficiently.
- Prevent overstocking or understocking by managing supply chain operations.

**5. Compliance & Documentation**
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor agreements.
- Handle audits and resolve discrepancies related to procurement.

**6. Cross-Department Collaboration**
- Work closely with finance, production, and logistics teams to meet company needs.
- Address internal stakeholders’ requirements and ensure timely procurement of goods.
- Assist in the development of new product lines by sourcing necessary materials.

**7. Risk Management**
- Identify risks related to procurement (e.g., supplier failure, price volatility).
- Develop contingency plans to minimize supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure all purchases meet quality and safety standards.
