**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Layout**: Create responsive, visually attractive web designs that align with the client’s brand and goals.
- **UX/UI Design**: Focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable websites.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- **Collaboration**: Work with developers, content creators, and project managers to ensure designs are implemented effectively and meet functional requirements.
- **Content Integration**: Ensure content is properly integrated into the website, maintaining visual consistency and alignment with design specifications.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensure designs are responsive across various devices (desktop, mobile, tablets).
- **Client Communication**: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide design recommendations, and present design concepts for approval.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review finished websites and design elements to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficient in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for designing web pages (basic front-end knowledge).
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices in relation to web design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous web design projects.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Basic understanding of web development processes and collaboration with developers.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or others is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with animation and motion graphics (CSS animations, JavaScript libraries).
- Familiarity with UX research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with eCommerce website design.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
