**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities
- **Learning Environment**: Build a nurturing, secure, and engaging classroom atmosphere for children aged 3-6 years.
- **Child-Centered Teaching**: Deliver lessons using interactive activities, play-based learning, storytelling, phonics, art, and music.
- **Progress Tracking**: Observe, assess, and document developmental milestones and learning progress.
- **Classroom Culture**: Establish routines, reinforce positive behavior, and create a happy and disciplined environment.
- **Parent Partnership**: Maintain open communication with parents to share feedback, learning updates, and address developmental needs.
- **Professional Growth**: Take part in ongoing training, peer collaboration, and curriculum enhancement discussions.

Qualification Requirements
- Any recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- A natural affinity for working with children, along with creativity, patience, and emotional intelligence
- Familiarity with phonics instruction, sensory learning, and child-friendly digital tools is desirable

Experience Bands
- **Founder Level**: 1-3 years of classroom experience in early childhood education. Supports structured activities and care routines.
- **Master Level**: 4-8 years of experience, capable of leading classroom strategy and guiding support staff.
- **Developer Level**: 9+ years of experience, taking ownership of curriculum design, school-readiness programs, and parental engagement.

Screening Process
- **Creative Task Submission** - A short activity or lesson plan to demonstrate classroom creativity
- **Proficiency Test** - Evaluation of basic tech and documentation skills (MS Office / Class Management Tools)
- **Reading & Phonics Test** - Live session to assess clarity, articulation, and early literacy handling
- **Teaching Demo** - Short mock class (storytelling/rhymes/games) to evaluate warmth, energy, and engagement style

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
