Sales Expert

We are seeking a proactive Sales Expert to engage with incoming leads and convert them into satisfied clients. In this role, you will communicate our unique value proposition to potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales funnel. Your efforts will be crucial in helping UNIQUEOR scale and succeed in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Qualification: Assess client requirements and match them with our eCommerce solutions.
Follow-Up: Maintain persistent communication to nurture leads and drive them toward conversion.
CRM Management: Log all client interactions, update lead statuses, and manage the sales pipeline using our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve overall customer experience.
Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
**Requirements**:
Experience: Proven background in sales, business development, or customer service roles.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for persuasion.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing practices; experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress) is a plus.
Self-Motivation: A results-driven individual capable of managing multiple leads in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to evolving sales strategies.
