**Job Summary**:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the workforce, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring the quality of work, and maintaining a safe and productive construction site environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure that construction work is carried out according to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work, progress, and adherence to building codes and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, labor, and materials used.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety checks and toolbox talks with the team.
- Monitor the progress of the construction work and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure the site is well-organized and that materials and equipment are readily available and properly stored.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports for management and stakeholders.
- Enforce site cleanliness and orderliness to create a safe and efficient working environment.
- Address any on-site conflicts or issues, providing leadership and support to the team to maintain morale and productivity.
- Liaise with the project manager to ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- 10- 15 years of hands-on experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in residential construction projects
- Experience in Aluform
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues on-site quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in supervising residential high-rise or large-scale residential projects.
- Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA)
- Building Maintenance is plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
