**Key Responsibilities**:
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy
Recruitment & Sourcing: Oversee the entire recruitment process, utilizing a blend of traditional and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
Recruitment Metrics & Analytics: Establish and track key recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve the quality of hires.
Team Management: Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Vendor & Agency Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity initiatives within the recruitment process, promoting an inclusive workforce.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
Minimum of 11 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
Strong understanding of recruitment trends, HR technologies, and talent acquisition best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on recruitment data and metrics.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and inspiring a recruitment team.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.
