**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Sukanya Classes' educational programs and services.
- Identify and target potential customers, including students, parents, and educational institutions, to generate leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and student preferences, and use the findings to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Plan and participate in promotional events, education fairs, and other relevant activities to showcase Sukanya Classes' offerings and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters, to effectively communicate the value and benefits of Sukanya Classes' programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, educational policies, and curriculum changes to effectively communicate the advantages of Sukanya Classes' programs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successful field sales experience in the educational sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the education industry, including key players, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with customers and effectively convey the value of Sukanya Classes' offerings.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals and contributing to the growth of the organization.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into enrollments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
