**Job Title: SEO Cum SMM Specialist**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **SEO Cum SMM Specialist** to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving our online presence by optimizing our website for search engines and managing our social media platforms. The role combines expertise in both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Tasks**:

- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization to increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for SEO.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
- **SMM Tasks**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content and manage the brand's social media presence.
- Monitor social media trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Increase social media followers and drive engagement through targeted campaigns.
- Analyze SMM performance and provide monthly reports on growth and engagement metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in SEO and SMM.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Experience in creating engaging content for social media.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HTML and website analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing.
