- **Role and Responsibilities**

To ensure that shop floor personnel follow the organization's policies & procedures.

Provide guidance & direction to the shop floor personnel.

Achievement of set Production targets.

Co-ordinate daily shop floor activities and delegate assignments to shop floor personnel.

Monitor and maintain material / workflow through the facility.

Ensure that material handlers supply the workstations with material quickly & efficiently.

Monitor & enforce the shop floor personnel to use the PPE’s & follow safety policies.

Maintain a safe and clear work environment at all times by educating & directing personnel.

Ensure that all workstations are producing product to the company’s quality standards.

Monitor & enforce work start, break & stop times of the shop floor personnel.

Fill out maintenance requests as necessary.

Attend & participate in regular production meetings.

Lead the shop floor personnel and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Ensure equipment and tools are in good working order & available for use when required
- **Qualifications and Education Requirements**

Dip in Mechanical Engineering

**Experience : 0-2 years**
- **Preferred Skills**

1) Should be able to understand statutory requirements.

2) Good written and verbal communication skills.

3) Good Inter-personal skills.

5) Grievance handling.

6) Good Analytical skills

7) To demonstrate required level of discipline.

8) Knowledge enhancement with respect to Laws and subsequent amendments.

**Salary**: From ₹250,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
