We are looking for a smart Front office assistant who would be responsible for being the

first contact for the patients, scheduling and managing appointments, handling calls, billing, collecting cash, raising receipts and invoices. Proficient in software managing. Creating a good first impression for clients.

**III.**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Collaborate with doctor and provide pharmacy as per patient prescriptions
- Maintain accurate inventory of medications
- Offer information to assist patients in understanding how to properly take their prescribed medications
- Work with the pharmaceutical staff to maintain a clean, customer-friendly workplace
- Assist patients in solving problems, such as identifying old medication or finding an over-the-counter solution to minor health issues

**IV.**Skills**:
**Required**:

- Passionate about customers
- Education Qualification: B-pharma
- Formal qualification in Pharmacy
- Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**V.**Prior Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
