Job Title: Video Editor and Content Plot Planner

(Starting with a 3-month probationary period)

**Salary**: 10,000 INR/month (probationary period) with the potential for conversion to a full-time position with a team upon completion of the probationary period.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute ideas for social media content, specifically video content for reels and other platforms
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that video content aligns with the overall marketing strategy
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and visually appealing brand aesthetic
- Edit videos to a high standard, ensuring quality, consistency, and attention to detail
- Plan and plot content ideas to meet audience engagement goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio to showcase previous work
- Expertise in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other similar software
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and their respective video specifications and requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with the target audience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Passion for social media and emerging video trends

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
