**Job Description**:

- What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Sprinklr's marketing goals-
- Write and edit blog posts, white papers, case studies and social media content that engage our target audience-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency-
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.-
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into your content strategy- What Makes You Qualified- 2-4 years of experience in writing or content development, preferably in a B2B, SaaS or technology company-
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating a range of content.-
- Journalism degree is Good to have.-
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content-
- Experience with managing social media accounts and content management systems-
