**Urgently need for an Accounts Executive (Female) for a very renowned Government Association in Central Kolkata.**
- Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
- Handling day-to-day accounting
- Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
- Handling all banking related works
- Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
- Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibility that should be included in account executive job description
- Handling petty cash
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

**Minimum qualification - B.COM (mandatory)**

**Should have work experience with Tally ERP**

**Experience - 3-5 Years of total experience.**

**Salary Range - 12K - 15K**

**Office location - Park Street (Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road)**

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts Executive: 3 years (preferred)
