As an SEO Executive, you will play a critical role in driving organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and maximizing online visibility for our clients across multiple industries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO best practices.
- Execute on-page optimization: meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema markup, etc.
- Implement off-page SEO strategies including link building, guest posting, and outreach.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to align SEO strategies with creative assets.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, site speed, mobile optimization).
- Track and report key SEO metrics to measure campaign performance.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO industry trends.

**Performance Metrics / KPIs**

The success of this role will be measured against:

- **Organic Traffic Growth**: Month-over-month increase in website visitors from organic search.
- **Keyword Rankings**: Improvement in SERP positions for targeted keywords.
- **Domain Authority / Backlink Quality**: Growth in high-quality referring domains.
- **Conversion Rate from Organic Traffic**: Increased leads/sales attributed to SEO efforts.
- **Bounce Rate & Dwell Time**: Improved engagement metrics on optimized pages.
- **Technical SEO Health Score**: Fewer crawl errors and improved Core Web Vitals.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic technical SEO.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
