Job Specifications: MBA ( HR),1+ years Recruitment +Generalist HR experience in Healthcare/Pharma/Service Industry.
**Job Description**:
Responsible for Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Training and Development.
Responsible for all the MIS related to attrition analysis, manpower data, HR budgeting, and annual merit increase.
Responsible for performance appraisal.
Responsible for implementing of HR policies.
Responsible for coordination with HODs.

Responsible for all the activities related to Employee Engagement.
Salary Budget: Upto 3.5 lpa.
