**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in **English Language & Literature** and **Social Studies** (History, Geography, Civics, Economics) as per the curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials to cater to diverse student needs.
- Foster analytical thinking, writing skills, and a love for literature and social sciences.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, including project-based learning, discussions, and multimedia tools.
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development workshops.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **English, History, Political Science, Geography, or Education (B.Ed/M.Ed)**.
- Prior teaching experience (2+ years preferred) in secondary grades.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring adolescents.
