**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely output.
- Oversee dispatch operations, ensuring on-time delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate with various departments, including production, warehouse, and logistics, to streamline the production-to-dispatch process.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize productivity.
- Ensure that products meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and dispatch details.
- Manage the packing and loading of products to ensure they are dispatched securely and safely.
- Monitor inventory levels and raw materials to prevent production delays.
- Address and resolve any production or dispatch-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in supervising production and dispatch operations (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production and dispatch operations.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with inventory management software (preferred).
