Requirements:

- Computing Fundamentals
- Software product engineering and software life cycle
- Software systems architecture practices, methods and tools
- Software unit testing, integration testing, and system testing practices, methods and tools
- Software configuration management practices, methods and tools
- Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively work as part of a global team
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Self-motivated and able to perform with mínimal supervision
- Project management practices, methods and tool

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong Development and Debugging Skills on Java (SQL debugging would be added advantage)
- Core Java (v 1.7, 1.8) with very strong knowledge

in Collections, JDBC, Interfaces, design patterns etc.
- Experience in JSP, Struts 2.0( tiles framework), Spring framework.
- Good understanding and experience on JQuery, JavaScript, CSS.
- Java Soap based Web Services (Preferred using Axis2 and RESTful )
- Hibernate Persistence Framework.
- Oracle ( Writing SQL, PL SQL - Stored Procedures, Functions, triggers etc. ) and fine tuning SQL Statement.
- Experience in Log4j framework scripts.
- Webserver - Apache/ Tomcat/ Weblogic
- Network protocols - HTTP, SFTP
