**Designation : Costomer Loans -AGM**

**Role and Responsibilities**

Ø Administer all activities for home loan operations.

Ø Provide required training to all Team members.

Ø Determine and maintain all internal control on all loan processes.

Ø Manage all collection area and design all appropriate methods and procedures and maintain effectiveness of all loan process.

Ø Manage all loan cycle process and determine efficient work plan to achieve all business objectives.

Ø Administer all loan processes and assist to ensure optimal customer services and participate in all improvement activities.

Ø Manage all communication with Bank personnel and department heads and administer all loan information workflow.

Ø Get projects APF approval from different banks. Managing total loan Cycle.

Ø Develop and maintain professional relationships with all Bankers to answer all questions.

Ø Collect all relevant documents and evaluate all documents to maintain accuracy of all electronic files.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
