**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to create user-friendly designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to convey design ideas effectively.
- Design and deliver high-quality UI components for web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure consistency in design across products by adhering to design guidelines and standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in UI/UX design.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years as a UI/UX designer or in a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end concepts is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
- Knowledge of UX principles, design systems, and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in creating designs for responsive and adaptive layouts.
- Background in conducting usability tests and user interviews.

Pay: ₹8,795.85 - ₹37,157.03 per month
