**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior works at the project site.
- Ensure that all interior works (civil finishes, furniture, false ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, etc.) are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.
- Review and verify shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and timely completion of milestones.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at site.
- Coordinate with MEP team to ensure services integration within interior works.
- Handle vendor/contractor management, billing verification, and material approvals.
- Report progress, highlight challenges, and suggest solutions to the Project Manager.
- Oversee daily operations and manage project timelines to ensure successful completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilise design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhinoceros 3D to create and review project plans.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop for stakeholder meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
- 10-15 years of proven experience in interior execution for large-scale **hospitality / hotel / commercial projects**.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, joinery, and luxury standards.
- Good understanding of MEP coordination related to interiors.
- Strong leadership, site supervision, and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
