**Location - Hosur**

**Roles and Responsiblities**
- Lead the development of diagnostic assays, including nucleic acid-based, immunoassays, and enzymatic tests.
- Design and execute experiments to support assay development and validation in compliance with CLIA/CAP/ISO standards.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using statistical and bioinformatics tools.
- Prepare technical reports, SOPs, validation documentation, and regulatory submissions.
- Troubleshoot assay performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor junior scientists and research associates.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and regulatory trends in clinical diagnostics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with automation and high-throughput platforms.
- Familiarity with LDT (Laboratory Developed Tests) and IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) workflows.
- Knowledge of biomarker discovery and validation.

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily lab-based with occasional office work.
- Compliance with laboratory safety protocols required.
- Occasional travel for conferences or collaboration may be expected.
