**Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update accurate data related to **sales, purchase, inventory, and client details**.
- Maintain and manage large volumes of data with **fast and accurate typing skills (minimum speed of 14+)**.
- Prepare and organize reports using **advanced Excel functions** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.).
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy to avoid errors.
- Assist in preparing **MIS reports** and share them with management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for smooth data flow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and client information.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Typing speed of **14+ with high accuracy**.
- Proficiency in **Advanced MS Excel** (data analysis, reporting, formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in **data entry / MIS / back-office work** preferred.
- Ability to multitask and deliver results under deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
