**Research Intern Job Description**

**About ATF**:
AssisTech Foundation (ATF), is India’s first assistive technology focused ecosystem enabler that enables initiatives that empower people with disabilities in areas of living, learning and livelihood by leveraging Assistive Technology. In a span of 3 years, ATF has impacted the lives of 5.1 lakh people with disabilities through its high impact programs and initiatives. Our vision is to create a world of joy by empowering every person with disabilities.

Being an ecosystem enabler, we work with startups, solution providers, government, corporates and other stakeholders to facilitate the growth of the innovative Assistive Technology (AT) ecosystem. We are a not for profit Section 8 company looking for a research intern for our initiatives.

**Role**: Research Intern

**Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 17:30)

**Reporting to**: Head of partnerships, ATF

**Duration **:03 - 06 Months

**Compensation**:As per industry standards

**Responsibilities**:
Consolidating insights on specific questions from various studies and sources

Assist Marketing, Sales, and the executive team with auxiliary research needs

Work on a variety of research projects including global market analysis, segmentation and targeting studies, and brand perception tracking

Gather and disseminate industry and/or company information about target markets and customers

Analyse research findings and develop presentations, dashboards, models, infographics, and other items to support effective decision-making

Assist in delivery of crisp and actionable reports/recommendations

Assist research team in daily research activities including fact gathering, and documentation of findings

Participate in regular meetings and collaborative exercises within the research team

Assist research team in presenting findings to stakeholders

Shadowing on appropriate meetings

Assisting with data entry and or departmental organisation needs

Completing assigned projects to be presented at the end of the specific time frame

Proofread and edit articles and reports

Fact-check articles and reports

Occasionally draft short articles

**Requirements**:
Education Qualification - students in their graduate courses can apply.

Strong understanding of outcome driven culture.

Ability to collect, analyse, and draw conclusions from large quantities of seemingly disparate data and information

Ability to effectively work autonomously and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills and a strong writer

Strong interpersonal skills and great at maintaining relationships

Openly offers recommendations and solutions to enhancing team performance

Very strong interpersonal and persuasion and follow through skills. Ability to interface with multiple senior and junior internal/external stakeholders

Self-driven, target oriented

Good understanding of technology and what it can and what it cannot do

Ability to straddle between detail and summary

Passion for results
- Highly motivated and resourceful; takes initiative and drives results

Demonstrates speed, agility and innovation in thought and in action

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
