**Objective of Role**:Day to Day E-commerce Operations

**Immediate Reporting To : - **Techno-Commercial Head

**Reporting Authority: -** Director

**Role and Responsibilities**

**Role Description Frequency**

**Routine Activities ** o Check New Orders on Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify
Portals. o Print Labels & Invoices and Schedule for Dispatch. o Paste Order details in Google Sheet o Check for Cancel Orders o Listing, Promotion Activity o Inventory Update (as required) o Check & Update Order Status in Google Sheet from
Portal o Send Feedback message to Customers **DAILY**:

- Check Goods Returned with Gate Register & process

Claims. o Check New Orders and Print Labels. o Commission Bills / Google Sheet Update and submit it to Accounts Dept. o Delivery Tracking for Shopify Orders, etc.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
