**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential projects and clients on online platforms such as Upwork.
- Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed proposals tailored to the client's needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create accurate project estimates and timelines.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications with clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a win-win situation for both the client and RP IT Solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in online bidding to continuously improve the bidding strategy.
- Track and monitor the progress of submitted proposals and follow up with clients as needed.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the status of ongoing bids and projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Experience with Upwork
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
