Multi Skilled Technician

Kensington Villas is a leading real estate developer, with a strong hospitality pedigree. Our promoter is the director of Royal Orchid Hotels, and the founder of Spree Hotels (combined over 110 hotels pan India).

We are looking to build our division of villa management in Alibag. You will be the first employee of this this division and will have phenomenal growth prospects.

**Role: MULTI SKILLED TECHNICIAN**

**Look after a 5 villa gated community in our flagship project in Alibag**

**Handle maintenance concerns for common amenities (Generators, Pumps, Transformer, etc.)**

**Handle maintenance concerns for villas.**

**Coordinate with local agencies for parts and repairs.**

**Organise regular preventive maintenance**

**Have a positive, can-do attitude**

**Speaks Marathi**

**Willingness to grow in career and look after multiple villas in Alibaug**

**You should have**:
**Spoken Marathi knowledge is needed, as that is useful in Alibag**

Engineering Background at a luxury hotel. Ideally multi-skilled and experience in Plumbing, Electricals, HVAC (only split AC/ one way Cassette ACs are being used by us)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
