**Job Summary**:
Siva Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Aptitude Trainer** to conduct training sessions at one of our partnered colleges in Tumkur. The trainer will be instrumental in preparing students for campus placements and competitive exams by delivering engaging and practice-oriented sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on:

- **Quantitative Aptitude** (e.g., Percentages, Profit & Loss, Time-Speed-Distance, Number Systems)
- **Logical Reasoning** (e.g., Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Series, Puzzles)
- **Verbal Ability** (e.g., Reading Comprehension, Sentence Correction, Para Jumbles)
- Deliver interactive classroom training with a focus on clarity, engagement, and student participation.
- Design customized lesson plans and training schedules based on academic calendar and placement goals.
- Organize **mock tests, group exercises, and revision drills** to assess student preparedness.
- Provide **personalized mentoring** and support to help students overcome learning challenges.
- Track student progress and generate performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Siva Academy’s central team for training logistics, session delivery, and reporting.
- Maintain professional ethics and uphold the training standards of the organization.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Science, Management, or Commerce preferred).
- Strong verbal communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in **English** is a must; **Kannada proficiency** is an added advantage.
- Technologically comfortable with tools like PowerPoint, PDFs, and online learning platforms (if required).
