**Job Title**: Accounts Executive (Inter CA)
**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Salary**: 5 to 6 LPA
**Experience**: 3 - 4 Years

**Job Summary**:

- Seeking a skilled Accounts Executive with Inter CA qualification and 3-4 years of experience.
- Responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting Operations**:

- Maintain accurate accounting records including general ledger and accounts payable/receivable.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in preparing and filing statutory returns and reports.
- Coordinate with auditors during auditing processes.
- **Financial Analysis and Support**:

- Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Contribute to financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
- **Process Improvement and Documentation**:

- Review and streamline accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of accounting policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Inter CA qualification from a recognized institute.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
