Key Responsibilities:
Timely Delivery:
Deliver belts and related products to shops and designated locations efficiently and on time.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Order Verification:
Verify the accuracy of products before delivery by cross-checking with invoices or delivery notes.
Ensure proper documentation is signed upon successful delivery.
Customer Interaction:
Maintain polite and professional communication with shop owners and customers.
Address and report any delivery issues or customer feedback to the management.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Use own two-wheeler vehicle for deliveries and ensure it is well-maintained and in roadworthy condition.
Follow all traffic and road safety regulations while driving.
Stock Management:
Safeguard company products during transit and ensure no loss or damage.
Return any undelivered items or documentation promptly to the office.
Record Keeping:
Maintain records of deliveries, including delivery times, recipient names, and any payment or documentation collected.
**Requirements**:
Education: Minimum SSC/10th pass or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience in delivery is preferred but not mandatory.
License: Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Vehicle: Must own a well-maintained two-wheeler.
**Skills**:Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
Ability to navigate using maps or GPS.
Basic understanding of delivery documentation and payment handling.
