**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media**: Strategize and execute social media initiatives across platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- **Content Development**: Create compelling content for diverse channels including social media, blogs, and newsletters, aligned with our brand voice.
- **Customer Experience**: Collaborate with our service team to refine customer journeys and enhance satisfaction.
- **Analytics**: Leverage tools to gauge digital campaign success and gather customer insights for strategy adjustments.
- **Research**: Stay updated on market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Proficient in digital marketing and social media.
- Strong writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A keen interest in the hospitality industry and customer service excellence.
