Purpose of Role: Ensure effective and efficient execution of the operational and tactical procurement activities by supporting tactical buying activities, resolving operational procurement issues.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Responsible for on-time end to end process of PR to PO conversion as set process.
- Experience working in SAP ERP system.
- Responsible for on-time Delivery of Materials and Services of a Business unit.
- Effective follow-up for timely deliveries from Supplies as per the agreed timelines.
- Effective Co-ordination for timely receipt of material at Warehouse and track the GRN completion and payments due and release.
- Responsible for procurement related records collection, storage, maintenance for transparency and compliance.
- Ensure that purchasing policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and evaluate and select / develop new suppliers.
- Handle the Quality, Safety department requirements
- Review and negotiate existing agreements to optimize commercial terms.

Education qualifications: Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement.
