Floor Incharge

**Location - Hosur**

**Responsibilities**:
**General Floor Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the diagnostic floor.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and patient-friendly environment.
- Monitor patient flow and reduce waiting time by coordinating between departments.
- Address and resolve patient complaints and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure staff attendance and discipline on the floor.

**Billing Area Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the billing and front desk team to ensure accurate and timely billing of services.
- Ensure proper entry of patient details and services in the billing software.
- Authorize discounts and resolve billing discrepancies when required.
- Monitor collection reports and daily cash reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with insurance/tie-up billing protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient financial and personal data.

**Radiology Area Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with radiologists, technicians, and support staff for smooth execution of radiology tests (X-ray, CT, MRI, USG, etc.).
- Ensure all radiology machines are functional and routine maintenance is scheduled.
- Monitor appointment schedules and minimize patient wait times.
- Ensure radiology reports are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain safety and quality standards in the radiology area, including radiation safety compliance.
- Assist in inventory management of radiology supplies and consumables.
