Job description:

Responsibilities and duties
- Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Doing cold calling on the data provided.
- doing follow ups of the clients who have walked in.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Should be comfortable in working on MS excel.
- Good Communication skills required.
- Co-ordination with officers/Manager and follow up on call.
- Prepare reports in excel whenever required and sharing the same to upper Management. Requirements:

- Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Hard-working individual.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 2 years (required)
- total work: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
