**Role: Furniture Designer Intern**

**Duration: 6 Months**

Collaborate with the design team: Work closely with senior interior designers and other team members to understand project requirements, design concepts, and client preferences.

Furniture selection: Assist in selecting furniture pieces based on client needs, project scope, and design aesthetics. Consider factors such as functionality, comfort, sustainability, and budget constraints.

Space planning: Help in creating furniture layouts and floor plans that optimize the available space and promote efficient circulation. Ensure proper placement of furniture for functionality and visual appeal.

Material and finish selection: Assist in choosing appropriate materials, textures, and finishes for furniture pieces to complement the overall interior design scheme. Consider durability, maintenance requirements, and aesthetic considerations.

3D modeling and visualization: Utilize software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) to create 3D models and visual representations of furniture layouts and design concepts. Present these visuals to clients for feedback and approval.

Documentation and specifications: Assist in creating detailed furniture specifications, including dimensions, materials, finishes, and suppliers. Maintain accurate records of furniture selections and sources for future reference.

Research and trend analysis: Stay updated with the latest furniture design trends, materials, and technologies. Conduct research to identify innovative furniture solutions that align with project requirements and client preferences.
