**Primary Skill**:

- The associate should have a holistic view of Retail and Corporate Banking, Temenos Core Banking platform, associated components, and the architecture.
- The associate should have detailed knowledge in Temenos Transact architecture and components like Enquiries, Versions, Templates, OFS, Multi-threading, Browser, Securities, AA, TAFC, TAFJ, Wealth etc., Knowledge on Integration Framework, PW, Web-services, JBOSS etc. will be an added advantage.
- Detailed understanding of Temenos Transact Accounting and GL modules such as Stmt entry, Categ Entry, Spec entry, Line setup, CAL, CPL, CRB, Accruals etc.
- Detailed understanding of GL entries for various core modules in Temenos Transact
- Extensive experience working in GL mismatch and GL Short issues resolution
- Detailed understanding of GL/PL reports generation
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis, implementation of corrections
- Knowledge and hands on experience in TAFC and TAFJ programming
- Must be capable of working in a collaborative environment and self-driven
- Strong written and oral communication

**Secondary Skill**:

- Analyze production incidents, identify root cause, provide resolution, & advise users on appropriate actions
- Perform impact analysis and root cause analysis for problems and provide handover to development team
- Resolve Service Requests
- Understand the support model, adhere to support SLAs
- Suggest best practices to development, testing, and design teams
- Prepare proof of concept (POC) where required
- Review deliverables before production movement and provide feedback; perform Post Implementation Reviews
