As a Social Media Expert at LUNAR ASTRO, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive conversions. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Social Media Strategy**: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our business objectives and target audience.

**Content Creation**: Producing high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant channels. This includes creating captivating posts, designing visually appealing graphics, and crafting compelling captions.

**Community Engagement**: Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Building relationships with our online community and fostering engagement through active participation and dialogue.

**Social Media Advertising**: Developing and executing social media advertising campaigns, including targeting strategies, ad creation, and budget management. Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing based on key metrics to maximize results.

**Social Media Analytics**: Monitoring and analyzing social media performance using tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and other analytics platforms. Providing regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights to guide decision-making and improve overall social media strategy.

**Trend Monitoring**: Staying up to date with the latest social media trends, features, algorithms, and best practices. Proactively identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and their respective best practices.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising and targeting strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive social media strategy.
- Passion for astrology, spirituality, or related topics is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
