We are seeking a talented and versatile 2D Artist and Animator to join our dynamic team. As a 2D Artist and Animator at Midknightstudio, you will play a key role in bringing our creative visions to life through captivating artwork and animation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, collaborate with a talented team of artists and designers, and contribute to the success of innovative storytelling endeavors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling 2D artwork, including characters, backgrounds, and assets, that aligns with project requirements and visual style guidelines.
- Develop storyboards, concept art, and animatics to visualize ideas and communicate creative concepts effectively.
- Bring characters, scenes, and concepts to life through dynamic and engaging animations.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and iterate on designs.
- Ensure artwork and animations adhere to project timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
- Incorporate feedback from clients, directors, and team members to refine artwork and animations as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and tools to continuously enhance skills and workflows.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge, providing support, and fostering creativity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a 2D artist and animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse artwork and animation styles.
- Proficiency in digital art software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Excellent illustration skills with the ability to create original characters, environments, and assets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience with 3D animation, motion graphics, or game development is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹9,960.80 per month
