**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control the end-to-end operational processes within the logistics department.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the logistics processes.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track process performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve any operational issues.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on process-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Controller to join our logistics team. As a Process Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various operational processes to ensure efficient and smooth workflow within our logistics operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Should be calm and able to get the work done.
- Experience in process control, logistics operations, or a similar role within the logistics industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Proficient in using logistics management software and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
