**We're seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Video Editor.** You'll be responsible for creating engaging video content for various platforms, including YouTube and social media reels.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit YouTube videos and social media reels using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- **Thumbnail Creation**: Design eye-catching thumbnails that grab attention and accurately reflect video content.
- **Motion Graphics**: Incorporate basic motion graphics (text overlays, animations, etc.) to enhance video engagement.
- **Graphic Design**: Create visuals for various marketing materials, such as social media graphics and presentations (if applicable).
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with marketing and production teams to understand content needs and objectives.
- **Stay Current**: Maintain awareness of the latest design trends and video editing techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Skilled in using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with social media video platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels)
- Knowledge of motion graphics principles
