We are looking for a result-driven, and highly creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our awesome team As a Social Marketer, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall social marketing strategy. Social marketing is extremely important, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving the business goals and objectives.

Digiloop is on a mission to help businesses of all sizes and in all industries grow their revenue by developing a strategic digital marketing plan.

What will you be doing?
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Experience using various analytics software.
- Be an active stakeholder and key driver of the organization.

What skills are required for the role?
- Strong technical and analytical skills are a must
- 1+ years of social media marketing experience with an emphasis on customer acquisition
- Deep understanding of social marketing channels, how to unlock value and drive scale.
- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative social campaigns.
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing including Google, Instagram and LinkedIn ads/campaigns.
- The growth-hacking mindset with experience in running digital marketing experiments
- The clarity in thinking, with good communication skills in English - both written and verbal
- Adept at quick decision making, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Must love data and be good at driving cross-platform learnings & efficiency
- Self-motivated, passionate and proactive; a team player
- Strong business acumen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
