**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive English lessons that align with the curriculum standards of grades 9 to 12.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active student participation and engagement in the learning process.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, technology, and teaching aids to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
- Teach various aspects of English, including literature analysis, writing skills, grammar, vocabulary, and critical thinking.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on students' work, helping them identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Create a supportive and respectful classroom environment that encourages open discussions, critical thinking, and collaboration among students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas needing improvement.
- Stay current with educational best practices, trends, and developments in the field of English education.
- Engage in extracurricular activities, such as literary clubs, debate teams, or writing workshops, to further enrich students' learning experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an English teacher, preferably at the high school level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong passion for English literature, writing, and language arts education.
- Proficiency in integrating technology and multimedia tools into the teaching process.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
- Patience, adaptability, and strong classroom management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
- Familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies and assessment practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
