**Overview of the Company**:
**Albert Learning**, a leading language training organization based out of France, is seeking a young and dynamic individual with **minimum** **0 to maximum 1 year of job experience** to join our team with a focus on bringing fresh ideas to our company's **social media presence**, **human resources**, and other operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a creative mindset who can contribute innovative strategies to enhance our online presence and streamline our HR processes.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement creative social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Generate original content ideas, including posts, videos, and graphics, tailored to our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze metrics to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and strategies for attracting top talent.
- Help streamline HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance overall business operations and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- **Exclusively open** to **young adults (freshers) ONLY** from Mumbai city with a Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas for social media campaigns and HR initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital tools for content creation and analytics.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content creation and HR processes.
- Capacity to identify challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends.

**The prerequisite for this Job is as follows**:

- Computer with Webcam & Headphone (Desktop OR Laptop)
- Internet Connection with minimum 4 MBPS speed
- Noise Free Environment
- Backup Internet Connection

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
