Our Global Enterprise Risk and Audit (ERA) team is made up of experts in risk management, internal control and auditing, with specialised knowledge of different risk and business areas. We are one global team with representations across all regions in Haleon. Our purpose is to support Haleon to make the right risk management decisions for the future and deliver real impact as an agent for change. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver timely and meaningful assurance outputs in alignment with our audit manual and standards. This includes not only identifying gaps in control and risk management, but also actively sharing good practices and insights across Haleon.
- Engage stakeholders effectively throughout the life cycle of assurance engagements.
- Support Audit Leadership team for stakeholder management in India and APAC and contributing risk insights for audit strategy.
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to work, rebalancing priorities where necessary and solving problems creatively.
- Lead by example to challenge the status quo and create a vibrant, values-based work environment.
- Develop self and others through giving and receiving feedback to promote excellence and continuous improvement. Engage in peer-to-peer coaching, teaching, and mentoring.
- Drive efficiencies in the ways of working for projects and initiatives

**Requirements**:

- At least 14 + years’ experience, ideally with combined experience in a Big4 firm and internal audit/Finance/commercial experience in industry.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Travel is required for this role (25% to 30%).
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build rapport.
- Strong data analytic skills.
