Position: Architect

- Office timing: Monday to Friday - 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (lunch break from1:30 pm to 2:30pm)

Saturday - 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (Half Day)

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and develop architectural designs in alignment with project requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure design integration.
- Conduct site visits, track project progress, and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Research materials, finishes, and sustainable building solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Manage and oversee junior architects, interns, and drafters.
- Present designs and proposals to clients with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the interior design team to ensure holistic project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD (mandatory), MS Office, Photoshop, Indesign, SketchUp

(mandatory)/3Ds Max (Optional), rendering software (Lumion), Revit (preferred), Rhino (preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of BIM is a plus.
- Experience with parametric design (Rhino, Grasshopper) is a plus.
