We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers and Calling potential customers to persuade them to set up an appointment to learn more about the company’s services.
- Accurately record details of customers and set appointments.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Gather feedback from customers on services and share it with the internal teams.

**Requirements**:

- Any degree with excellent verbal communication.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
