**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide expertise in Salesforce DevOPS to streamline deployment processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage the configuration and setup of SFDC Service Cloud to enhance customer service operations.
- Utilize SFDC Lightning to create user-friendly interfaces and improve user experience.
- Ensure proper configuration of Salesforce to align with business processes and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades to maintain system integrity.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of Salesforce features.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve the system.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities.

**Qualifications**
- Must have extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
- Must have strong expertise in Salesforce DevOPS.
- Must have hands-on experience with SFDC Service Cloud.
- Must be proficient in SFDC Lightning.
- Must have solid knowledge of SFDC Configuration.
- Nice to have experience in IT Consulting.
- Nice to have experience in Analytics.
