We are having a Service set up in PAN India with a dedicated team of 150 Service Engineers. HYT has developed and established agencies for maintaining our machines on the global platform as well.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and issuing materials.
- Utilize computer systems and MS Excel proficiently to track inventory, analyse data, and generate reports.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Identify materials accurately to ensure proper stocking and efficient retrieval.
- Display a strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques to address issues that arise in the store.
- Resolve conflicts or disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of store policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.

**Skills**:

- **1. SAP B1 proficiency**:

- **2. Strong understanding of inventory management practices**:

- **3. Experience in maintaining bin cards**:

- **4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting**:

- **5. Familiarity with Outlook for communication purposes**:

- **6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English**:

- **7. Handling inward and outward stock transactions**:

- **8. Preparation and management of material issue slips**:

- **9. Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM)**:

- **10. Ability to identify materials accurately and knowledge about self life items**:

- **11. ABC analysis for maintain stock.**:

- **12. Knowledge about 5s and KAIZEN**:

- **13. FIFO & LIFO**

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
