**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop a comprehensive full-stack web development curriculum covering front-end and back-end technologies.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including tutorials, exercises, projects, and assessments.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct in-person and/or virtual training sessions on full-stack development topics, ensuring clear and effective delivery of content.
- Provide hands-on coding workshops and live coding demonstrations to reinforce learning.
- Tailor training programs to meet the needs of different learner levels, from beginners to advanced developers.
- **Mentorship & Support**:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to learners throughout their training journey.
- Offer personalized feedback on assignments and projects, helping learners to improve their skills and understanding.
- Assist learners with career advice, including portfolio development and interview preparation.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate learner progress and comprehension of key concepts.
- Monitor and track learner performance, providing additional support where needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- **Industry Insights & Updates**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in full-stack development.
- Incorporate industry insights and real-world examples into training sessions to enhance learning experiences.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with other trainers and instructional designers to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Communicate regularly with learners, providing updates on their progress and addressing any concerns or challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**:

- [Insert required years] of experience in full-stack web development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a technical field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of databases, RESTful APIs, and version control systems like Git.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

- Patience and empathy in supporting learners of varying skill levels.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Teaching certification or relevant training credentials.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and course authoring tools.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
